Proud of their new booth are Peter Bovell and Lorraine Bovell of DRCS. Lorraine Bovell was instrumental in conceiving the idea of using a 3-headed dragon with placards hanging from each. The placards exemplify data processing shortomings at other firms, including: Lack of Knowledge, Processing Errors and Slow Turnaround.
